Nils is a professional tour director for French tourism and has devoted his last 15 years to the French art of living. He has taken international guests around France, guiding them to the most beautiful places, teaching them about history, art, wine and food. Besides working for tourism Nils also works for big house restorations, mostly as a team lead overseeing the works as well as hands on work such as painting, wood works, gardening, replacing windows, fixing roofs and MORE! Don’t be surprised if Nils all of a sudden climbs the roof of your house, measuring, checking the quality – or just simply enjoying your village view from above!Maria has spent all summers since 2004 in southern France, as hotel guest, rented house client, bed & breakfast backpacker, apartment owner, car owner, house owner and nowadays bed & breakfast responsible as well as wedding planner, tour/trip planner and cooking facilitator. She runs the unique guesthouse in Peyriac de Mer – Le Flamant Rouge as well as managing IT projects part time for Swedish companies. The idea of ITAKECAREOFIT is that you can ask us for ANYTHING! If we cannot do it ourselves we will find you someone who can!
What can ITAKCAREOFIT do and what can we not do?
We create an invoice and payment can be done cash, via card or bank transfer. We do not accept French cheques. For other services and partners involved (such as craftsmen we have found for you) they will invoice you separately, based on their own routines.
How do the clients pay us?
No, normally the client pays after the service is done. Bigger assignments may require a pre-payment of part of the price/estimated price. In case the service is regular (weekly, monthly or daily) we agree with the client on how often, when and how to send invoice and receive payments.
Do the client have to pay any amount in advance?
You only pay extra for OUR time, meaning the time we spent on helping you find or solve what you need. We do not charge any extra percentage of the price of the second party. That means once the resources are working on your assignment you only pay us any extra in case you want us to still be involved (overseeing work, translating papers, do meetings/rendez-vous etc.).
How expensive is it to find resources via ITAKECAREOFIT?
No, ITAKECAREOFIT do not provide any special guarantees or insurances. Instead we try our best to make sure to provide you good results since we want both you and us to be HAPPY! When we recommend other craftsmen (plumbers, painters etc.) we do not give any guarantee or insurance of their work, however we only recommend craftsmen we have been working with before and normally they offer assignment guarantees.
